How to Order

Ordering through our website is straightforward. Please follow the steps below before completing your purchase.

1. View the Product Details

Browse the website and select the product you are interested in.

Before adding an item to your cart, please review the information shown on the product page, including:

dimensions and specifications;
available colours, sizes or configurations;
quantity options;
displayed price;
estimated delivery timeframe.

Please make sure the product is suitable for your space, intended use and delivery access conditions.

2. Select the Available Options

Choose the required colour, size, configuration, quantity or other available options shown on the product page.

Please check your selections carefully, as the order will be processed according to the options submitted during checkout.

3. Add the Product to Your Cart

Once you have selected the required options, click Add to Cart.

You may continue shopping or proceed directly to your cart.

4. Check Your Cart

Before proceeding to checkout, review the items in your cart and confirm:

product names;
selected options;
quantities;
product prices;
estimated delivery information;
any other information displayed with the order.

You may update quantities or remove products before continuing.

5. Proceed to Checkout

Click Checkout and enter your contact and delivery information.

Please provide:

your full name;
email address;
contact phone number;
complete physical street address;
any relevant delivery instructions.

We currently deliver only to eligible physical street addresses within Australia. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please make sure all information is complete and accurate, as incorrect details may affect the processing or delivery of your order.

6. Review Delivery Charges and Order Total

Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery address, product dimensions, weight, order quantity and required freight arrangements.

Before payment is completed, checkout will display:

product subtotal;
applicable shipping charges;
any applicable taxes or fees;
total amount payable.

Please review the final order amount carefully before submitting payment.

7. Select a Payment Method

Choose one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Only the payment options displayed during checkout are available for the order.

Please ensure that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the payment information entered is correct.

8. Place Your Order

Once you have reviewed the order details, delivery information and total amount payable, complete the payment process to submit your order.

After payment has been successfully processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please review the confirmation email and contact us promptly if any information appears incorrect.

9. Order Processing and Updates

After your order has been accepted, we will begin preparing it for delivery.

If additional information is required, such as confirmation of delivery access, product selection or contact details, our customer service team will contact you.

Once the order has been dispatched, we will send a dispatch confirmation email.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be included in the email or provided separately.

Delivery Assistance

Standard delivery is generally made to the nearest safe and accessible kerbside or ground-floor delivery point.

Standard delivery does not normally include indoor placement, delivery above ground level, stair carrying, assembly, unpacking or packaging removal unless otherwise confirmed.

If you require an additional delivery service, please contact us before placing your order. Availability, service scope and any applicable charges will be confirmed before you proceed.
